What if I cant make the workouts live?

No problem at all! All of the LIVE workouts are recorded and uploaded to the workout library within 24 hours of the session (usually they are up after 2 hours!) This means you can do the workouts in your own time to fit around your schedule.

I have never been to the gym before will I be able to do the workouts?

YES! All of my workouts are suitable for all levels of fitness. Every workout video offers regression options for every exercise if you need them, I always give variations of each exercise to make it suitable for everyone.

I normally lift heavy weights in the gym, will these body weight workouts benefit me at all?

Definitely! Body weight HIIT workouts are great for many reasons. They help improve your overall cardiovascular fitness which is beneficial for everyone, the workouts also work and tone those muscles without the need of weights! The best way to find out is to give it a go!

If I join the Live workout do I have to have my video on so everyone can see me?

It is not essential to have your video on if you do not want to, however I highly recommend it as its a great way to keep you motivated and helps me see how people are getting on with all the exercises and if you are doing the exercises correctly. I always recommend for people to have the session on "Speaker view" on Zoom this means that any participants will only be able to see me anyway.

Once the month is over will I lose access to the workout videos on YouTube?

Absolutely not! This is the best thing about joining is that those workouts will be available to you forever and you can repeat them as many times as you want trying to push yourself harder each time you do the workouts!

I love the LIVE workouts but cant join them because of my schedule, do you offer any other live workout times?

100% as well as the monthly membership I am still offering 1-1 or small group sessions on Zoom. At the moment my 1-1 sessions are only £20 for one 30 minute session and my group sessions are £5 per person (min 3 people) with no maximum amount of people, so grab your friends and we can get sweaty together!
