The Sweat with Sam monthly membership is the perfect way to fit working out and staying fit around your busy schedule but also with the accountability and support of an awesome team to guide you through it.

If your goals include fat loss, toning up, improving strength and overall fitness this is the programme for you!

A mixture of live workouts that are all recorded and can be done whenever you want, and pre recorded real-time follow along workouts ranging from 20-40 minutes long. All workouts are suitable for all fitness levels with regression options for beginners, no equipment is needed and they can all be done from the comfort of your own home to fit in with your schedule.
