The aim of the programme is to use 40 minutes of the day to work on you and your fitness and by the end of the 6 weeks you should feel fitter, stronger and a more confident version of yourself. This six week workout guide has five 40 minute workouts a week ranging from HIIT to strength, full body sessions to core focused and all include a warm up and cool down. Some of the workouts have a challenge in that you will use the form in this PDF to record your scores and we will repeat these challenges throughout the weeks to see how much we improve
